PGDM


I.T.S - IM offers two years, full time, Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). The programme aims at providing young thinking minds, the power to shape their thoughts and develop appropriate skills for managerial decision-making. The curriculum of PGDM is designed in line with the industry requirements. It is regularly reviewed and upgraded with inputs from industry and academia.


Teaching Learning Methods

Pedagogy in lecture-cum-discussion mode includes simulations, case studies, workshops, self-learning projects, management games, field visits, small group activities and independent research. Availability of full-time faculty for close guidance and mentoring. IT enabled infrastructure through wi-fi connectivity is used in teaching learning process.

Knowledge bank is developed through creation of repository for students, excellent library and book bank facilities.


Corporate Interface

Students are assigned projects and assignments which require corporate interactions. This brings about practical learning along with the interactive classroom sessions, Personality Development Programmes, Workshops and Seminars on various relevant topics so as to bring about all round development of students.
