We are extremely pleased to announce the International Conference on “ Globalizing Management Education: Issues and Challenges for Industry & Academia” to be held on February 5-6 , 2011 at India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. This conference is organized by I.T.S-Institute of Management Greater Noida, a constituent of ITS Group of Instituitions and Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad. You and your colleagues are cordially invited to join us in the conference.
As you know that management education is in the process of globalization and there are various issues and challenges associated with it. Contemporary management education practices need to be enriched to meet the aspirations of Industry and society to achieve inclusive and sustainable development. The conference would provide a platform to the participants for deliberating on various issues related to management education and its interface with industry in achieving societal objectives.
We take this opportunity to invite academicians, research scholars and industry professionals to participate in the conference by presenting research articles and thought papers. A Brochure of the conference is attached herewith which provides details about the conference.

A staff development programme on "Motivation and Team Building" was organized on January 30-31, 2010. The programme was attended by 20 participants. The course director was Dr. P.U.B Rao. Prof. Vikas Singh, Prof Sunita Kaul and Prof Animesh Singh also conducted session on motivation and team building during the programme.

A programme on Change Management for the officials of Greater Noida DM’s office was conducted on November 9, 2008 in the Institute premises. Dr. P. U. B. Rao was the Course Director. Training was imparted on Role & Responsibilities of Supervisory Personnel and Motivational Aspects, Leadership, Communication Skills and Team Building. Prof Vikas Singh conducted sessions on Motivation and Leadership. Games, case studies and experiential learning mode methods were used extensively to impart training.
